After an extensive career in the Military, I found I had a skill for working with people.

The multi-discipline Approach helps you to realise the potential you have within you, to move from despair 'can't do/won't do' to 'can-do/want to do'. The coaching element addresses your thought processes, teaches techniques to avoid anxiety, and shows the way to deal with unexpected issues as they arise, with confidence. This way you can meet your future goals.
How we will work together:
Our initial session enables you to share what brings you to counselling and to see how therapy might help and what you hope to get from it.
I will explain a little about how I work and we can discuss goals and whether my approach would be right for you. This initial session also allows us to decide whether we are comfortable to work together.
We will then arrange to meet, usually weekly, for a 50-minute session at the same time and place. The following issues are the kind of thing that hold people back from realising their potential, and where Therapeutic Coaching can help:
